Posted: 27 Jul 2009 02:07 AM PDT What size are they….AA, C, D? Wicked minds! Me is innocently asking you the size of your Batteries. The ones that you use in your gadgets. So you don't remember exactly, and what if you buy the wrong size? With the AtoD Rechargeable Battery, you'll never get the size wrong. Why? Coz the one size fits all slots. How? It's made from memory form, so it squishes to the required size in a squeeze. 1.5 Volts of Nickel Hydroxide power is what you get; recharge it and use it. Posted: 27 Jul 2009 12:20 AM PDT If spinning music is your hobby (or job), then the DJ Machine is quite an intriguing prospect for you. The system features seven, 360° rotatable joysticks similar to a synthesizer that modify music in a "haptic and playful way." Each of the joysticks can be personalized with individual sound effects and can transmit the sound to a receiver via Bluetooth. Sporting bright LED displays, the entire unit looks pretty jazzed up, but the honest confession of Sony-PS-controllers-inspired-tech-for-joysticks is quite heartening! Posted: 27 Jul 2009 12:01 AM PDT Jonathon Henshall’s got quite the upgrade for the woodie! Perhaps you’d like to first take a look at a Woodie Gallery. Ok so you’ve got an idea of what’s going on. Here’s the future. Light plywood structure with degradable impregnated fabric coverings. Also rubber wheels and a few metals on the bottom. Perhaps you’d also like to avoid hitting anything ever! In this future there’s no crashes! Once you’re inside take a look at the seats: combos on top of combos. Made for any number of different family members (perhaps for you expanding families?) Conceptuality ho! And of course, if you’re interested in these sorts of wild designs, take a peek through the entire Yanko Design automotive category. Designer: Jonathon Henshall |
Thirty Five Flowers on a Dead Mans Chest Posted: 27 Jul 2009 12:01 AM PDT And when I say Chest, I of course mean the cupboard-type, because these lovely multi-vases are made for land-lubbers. Inside-lubbers too, since they’re vases made of dip-moulded vinyl. Studio Laurens Van Wieringen makes the flower-field, usually only inside for greenhouse growing, to the home environment! How pretty. These vase-fields are 24 by 17 by 17 centimeters. The vase appears porcelain but is, in reality, flexible vinyl. These are made specifically for those rainy days when you’ve got just a hefty need to see the flower fields of summertime. And just for fun, here’s a plug of my own! Last time I helped plant a veritable field of flowers was at the public gardens in Saint Cloud Minnesota, USA! Munsinger and Clemens gardens they are called, and they are wonderful and they are totally free! Take a peek when you are in the area. Designer: Studio Laurens Van Wieringen |
Posted: 27 Jul 2009 12:00 AM PDT One of my fav hangouts cooks the kebabs straight on the table. It's got a live charcoal grill embedded into the center of the table and skewers of semi-cooked veggies and meats slowly grill over the embers. An enjoyable experience, it can be replicated at home with the Danté Table Top Cooking Platter. Altho Idan doesn't specifically mention it, I assume he intends to heat/cook the bite-sized portions over a charcoal grill (or similar), enclosed within the ceramic base. Platter cooking is best when you don't want to spend too much time in the kitchen, yet conjure up an exotic meal. Ideal for a party of four, if you flip the aluminum cook top of the Danté, it holds enuf food for you and your date. Designer: Idan Arbel |
